Escalada, pelis y bolos // Climbing, movies and bowling

No quería escribir solo del miércoles y el jueves porque no paso absolutamente nada destacable, así que iba a esperar a juntarlo con este fin de semana. El problema es que en estos tres días ha pasado muchísimo, así que intentaré resumirlo sin soltar un rollo monumental omitiendo el 4 y el 5.

Viernes, 6 de noviembre

El día de hoy pintaba prometedor sabiendo que íbamos a dormir los cuatro juntos y no entrando en clase hasta las 10.50.

Fue un día tan completo que hasta tuvimos examen de matemáticas. Los conceptos eran básicos, pero era de razonar bastante.

Acabamos con educación física. La primera parte de la clase jugamos al softball (algo así como hockey sala) y por increíble que parezca, metí un gol y solo me caí una vez. Luego tuvimos que escalar. Me fue bastante bien hasta que casi arriba del todo llegué a un punto en el que no tenía a donde agarrarme, aunque fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Obviamente me caí cuando toqué el suelo tras bajar. Me tocó sostener a Gael, que aunque cuando estaba subiendo lo hice bien porque era una maniobra muy mecánica, al bajar me levantaba al pesar más que yo.

Luego cogimos el bus y fuimos hasta casa de Irina. Al llegar estábamos solos, y nos pusimos a jugar al Monopoly (donde gané, dicho sea de paso) mientras comíamos chocolate.

Cuando acabamos vimos una película de terror, The Ring. Aunque al principio estaba por coger mis queridos auriculares y esconderme debajo de la manta, me encantó y no me asustó nada.

Es más, me gustó tanto que hasta propuse ver la segunda parte, que si bien no era tan buena, me gustó mucho.

Básicamente hay dos tipos de películas de terror, el terror psicológico y el screamer. El primero, al que pertenecían las dos películas, he descubierto que me gusta muchísimo y se basa más en dar miedo con las emociones de los personajes, la incertidumbre y las sombras. El segundo creo que sería incapaz de verlo, porque da sustos más que otra cosa.

Al acabar la película eran las 6 y nos acostamos todos. Yo no me dormí hasta las 7, cuando ya era de día y estaban Gael, Antía e Irina dormidos.

Friday, November 6th

Today looked like a great day, because we were going to sleep all four together and we weren't starting lessons until 10.50.

It was a day with a little of everything, so we even had a math test. The concepts were basic, but I had to reason a lot.

We ended up with Physical Education. The first part of the class we played softball and surprisingly, I scored and only fell once. Then we had to climb. It was pretty well until I came to a point where I had nowhere to grab me, but it was better than I expected. Obviously I fell when I touched the ground after going down. I had to hold Gael. I think I did it great when he was climbing, because it was so mechanical, but he weighs more than me so he lifted me up when he was going down.

Then we caught the bus and went to Irina's house. Upon arrival we were alone, and we played Monopoly (where I won, by the way) while we ate chocolate.

When we just saw a horror film, The Ring. Although at first I was about to take my dear headphones and hide under the blanket, I loved it and I was not scared at all.

In fact, I liked it so much that I proposed to see the second part, that although it was not as good, I really enjoyed it.

There are basically two types of horror movies, psychological horror and screamer. The first, to which belonged the two films, I've discovered that I like a lot and is based more on fear to the emotions of the characters, uncertainty and shadows. The second one I think it would be unable to see it because it scares more than anything else.

At the end of the film was 6 and we slept all. I did not sleep until 7, when it was morning and were Gael, Antía and Irina asleep.

Sábado, 7 de noviembre

Se suponía que hoy íbamos a volver a dormir en casa de Unni, sueca de Irina, pero nos íbamos a quedar solos por la noche así que no podíamos dormir ninguno allí (ni Irina), pero Elin se ofreció para acogernos. Así que cogimos el bus sobre las 4, cuando ya era de noche y solo habíamos desayunado. Compramos comida (chocolate para mí y pizza para ellos), sumado a los macarrones que había en casa.

Después de cenar, di la idea de ver otra película de terror psicológico, del cual he descubierto que es mi género cinematográfico preferido, así que vimos Paranormal Activity, que cuenta como a una pareja le pasan cosas raras por las noches, durante 21 dando más miedo cada vez.

Cuando llegó la última noche, el resto de españoles ya habían leído lo que pasaba en Wikipedia y estaban debajo de las mantas. Sin embargo, a mí me encantó y posiblemente lo pasara mejor que con la película de ayer, aunque el jueves estuviera convencido de que sería incapaz de ver una pequeña escena de una película de miedo.

Di la idea de ver la segunda parte, pero me tocará verlas solos porque ellos prefirieron quitarse el miedo viendo una de Disney, a la que no presté mucha atención. Sobre las 4 ya nos fuimos a dormir.

Saturday, November 7th

Today we were supposed to go back to sleep at Unni's house, Irina's Swedish partner, but we would be staying alone at night so we couldn't sleep there, but Elin offered her house for us. So we took the bus about 16h, when it was dark and we had only had breakfast. We bought food (chocolate for me and pizza for them), plus macaroni we had at home.

After dinner, I gave the idea to see another psychological horror movie, which I found to be my favorite film genre, so we saw Paranormal Activity, which tells the story of a couple's house where strange things happen for 21 nights, more frightening every time.

When the 21st night came, the rest of Spanish had already read what was going to happen in Wikipedia and were under the covers. However, I loved it and possibly more than yesterday one, though Thursday I was convinced that I would be unable to see a little scene from a horror movie.

I say the idea of ​​seeing the second part, but I'll have to see them on my own because they preferred to take the fear away watching a Disney movie, and I didn't pay much attention to it. Around 4h i finished and we went to sleep.

Domingo, 8 de noviembre

Hoy nos levantamos y fuimos a Norrtälje a jugar a los bolos con la familia de Hanna, sueca de Gael. No me apetecía estar más tiempo fuera de casa y tenía bastante camino hasta casa, así que al acabar me dirigí a Rindö.

Allí cené y me acosté temprano porque al día siguiente el padre de Amy no me podía llevar al instituto.

Sunday, November 8th

Today we got up and went to Norrtälje to go bowling with Hanna's family, Gael's Swedish partner. I didn't want to spend more time away from home and would have a long way home, so in the end I went to Rindö.

There I had dinner and went to bed early because the next day Amy's father couldn't take me to school.
